Luca here from Who2Industries.

If you’ve been around for a while, you might remember how we started: an IT services shop running on a self-hosted Bagisto instance. We offered installation, configuration and support for open-source software to individuals and small businesses.

That chapter is closed now.

What we were doing

The old model was simple: you paid us, we set things up for you. Nothing wrong with that — plenty of companies do exactly this. But somewhere along the way I asked myself a question I couldn’t shake: if my whole point is spreading FOSS and privacy, why am I gatekeeping the knowledge behind an invoice?
